Refund policy

Returns may be accepted at the seller's discretion on a case by case basis. Buyer must contact seller to discuss return within 3 days of receiving order. If seller accepts return, it must be shipped within 7 days of original delivery and received in original unworn condition at buyer's expense. Please do not return the item unless we have been in contact and it has been agreed upon. If agreed upon by seller, Item must be unworn, in original condition and in original packaging. You are welcome to message seller prior to purchasing an item if there is a specific concern about a possible need to return (like ring size or a heavier than wanted earring).  I want you to be happy with your purchase and usually will work with you for a reasonable request. Also, for any layaway or custom order for which installment payments have been made, should the buyer cancel or not fulfill the agreed upon purchase schedule, a 20% restock fee will apply and the restock fee will not be refunded.
